We met with six builders over the period of a year to discuss our plans and budget. Many of our Bear Creek Lakes neighbors recommended Mike Cataldo, but we wanted to check out a few other builders as well. Our neighbors were right, Mike was the right builder for the job. He listened to what we wanted, not what he wanted to do, as was the case with a couple of the other builders we had meetings with. Mike was very accessible, which was important to us.
